Our e-Shop can accept orders with billing and shipping addresses worldwide. You can also purchase our products via our local resellers where available. If there is a reseller at your local area you will be redirected to the reseller.
You may use Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit cards to make purchases from Concel Systems' e-Shop. You may also pay us via bank transfer or check. For more information for off-line orders please contact us.
Shipping and Handling
All items shipped, are sent via Greek postal service or a courier UPS / EMS. All new orders placed will be shipped on next working day. If this is not possible it may take up to 4 working days. Every customer will receive a confirmation email that his transaction has been completed as well as a shipping notification email that his order has been shipped. In case of shipping with a courier a tracking number is also provided so the customer may at any time track his order. Tracking number is not provided by postal service but in case the item can not be delivered to the customer, it returns to us.
Orders inside European Union are exempt from duties. For international orders, duties may be applied to your order depending on your local custom office rules. From our experience small orders (one item) is not cleared in most countries but in case it is cleared, charges are paid by the customer.
In order to process and ship your order, we need your name, email address, delivery address, credit card number & expiry date. If you do not wish to enter your credit card details via our website, you can place your order by email of fax and complete the payment by a bank transfer to the account you will be given.
Returns & Refunds
In case delivery cannot be accomplished within ten working days after placed order you will be informed about actual delivery time. You may choose to accept the proposed delivery time or receive a full refund for the purchase.
Returns within 30 days after receipt of any product may be accepted under condition that the unit is returned, "as delivered" to our office with paid freight.
Before any returns you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
A restocking charge of 20% of the value of your order will be charged.Refunds for other reasons will only be given at our discretion.
Obtaining an RMA number
When requesting an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, please describe the problems encountered in detail on the "Repair Information Form".
We cannot start the repair without problem description information.
Upon receipt of any RMA request the Repair Information form will be sent to you.
If you are uncertain about the cause of the problem, please contact our technical support engineer. We may be able to find a solution that does not require sending the product for repair.
Returning the product for repair
Ship the parts by Postal service or a courier UPS / EMS. The customer will bear the shipping charges, and we will bear the return charges. Attach a copy of the RMA to the carton.
Concel will charge for repairing products if:
- The product is repaired after expiry of the warranty period.
- The product is tested after expiry of the warranty period, and a No Problem Found (NPF) result is obtained.
- The product, though repaired within the warranty period, has been subjected to misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repair.
- Product is damaged beyond repair due to nature disasters, for example, lighting strike, flood, earthquake, etc.
Repair service for phased-out products
Concel offers a continuous repair service for one year after the date of announcement of the product phase-out.
Shipping back to customer
Concel normally ships RMA returns by Postal service or a courier UPS / EMS.
Duration of Warranty
Concel warrants that products are covered from the date of shipping by one-year warranty against defects in design, materials, workmanship, and published specifications applicable to the date of manufacture. During the warranty period, Concel will repair or replace, solely at its option, defective units provided they are returned at customer's expense to our facility.
Warranty is not applied in case that the products have been subjected to misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repair, determined at the sole of our discretion.
